NEMESIO E. CARAVANA'S "SAKRISTAN MAYOR" (1961): KOMIKS SERIAL

Sakristan Mayor, a komiks novel by Nemesio E. Caravana, was serialized in Liwayway Magasin in 1961. It was adapted into the big screen with the young action star Fernando Poe, Jr., in the lead role.
He portrayed the role of Pedro, a sakristan, out to " solve the mystery of a headless ghost and clean the town of banditry and lawlessness."

Hello Simon, hindi ko pa ata napapanood itong movie na to. Hopefully mapanood ko one of these days. By the way, ask ko lang sana sa yo kung if you have plan of making your special tribute book to FPJ entitled "A Comprehensive Look" be available sooner or in the near future in the market like in the leading bookstores? I'm one of those wishing na sana maging available din... Matutuwa talaga ang maraming mga fans ni idol na kagaya natin...

Thanks Simon..

Hi Roland! Same, di ko pa rin napapanood ito. In regards to the book, so many things to iron out, its legalities, finances, etc. Also, I have to talk to the Poe family regarding this.

Tama ka dyan Simon... maraming dapat ayusin much more regarding sa legalities and consent mula sa pamilyang POE. Pero I'm still hoping one of these days eh mai-push mo yung pag-release nitong book na ito... alam mo naman marami talagang nakaka-miss sa idolo nating to...

Regards.
